1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the website of Not Home Alone (the "Site") and/or engaging our pet sitting, dog walking, or related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services.
2. Website Use **A. Intellectual Property:** All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, and the business logo, is the property of Not Home Alone and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content without prior written permission. **B. Accuracy:** While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all information on the Site, Not Home Alone makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.
3. Service Agreement (Pet Sitting/Dog Walking) The following terms govern the provision of all Services by Not Home Alone: **A. Scheduling and Booking:** * All Services must be booked and confirmed through [Specify booking method, e.g., our online portal, email, phone]. * Booking is not guaranteed until confirmed by Not Home Alone and the Client has provided all necessary documentation and information. **B. Client Responsibility:** * The Client guarantees that all pets are current on vaccinations as required by law and that all pets are registered and licensed as required. * The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the pet's feeding, medication, behavioral issues, and medical history. * The Client will inform Not Home Alone of any aggressive or potentially dangerous behavior of the pet(s). **C. Home Access and Security:** * The Client agrees to provide Not Home Alone with reliable and safe access to the home, including keys, access codes, or lockbox information. * The Client author We accept payment via zelle, cash, check.

4. Emergencies and Veterinary Care * In the event of a pet emergency, the Client authorizes Not Home Alone to seek necessary veterinary care for the pet(s) at the designated veterinary clinic: [Vet Clinic Name and Phone Number]. * If the designated vet is unavailable, the Client authorizes Not Home Alone to transport the pet to the nearest emergency clinic. * The Client is responsible for all associated veterinary costs, and Not Home Alone is authorized to incur costs up to [Maximum authorized amount, e.g., $500] without further authorization, unless life-saving measures are required.
5. Limitation of Liability * The Client agrees that Not Home Alone's liability is strictly limited to the cost of services paid by the Client to Not Home Alone. * Not Home Alone shall not be liable for the pet's injury, illness, death, or disappearance except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Not Home Alone. * Not Home Alone is not responsible for injuries or liabilities that occur when the pet is off-leash or in unfenced areas by Client instruction.
6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Not Home Alone, its owner, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, or any breach of these Terms.
